If you do wish to return or exchange your item, you can do within 20 days from the date of dispatch. The item will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition. Full detailed sizing, including measurements, are provided given the one-off nature of the clothing. Please be advised to check these before making your purchase.

At the moment we are unable to offer free returns, the package would need to be sent back at your own cost. If your order had been damaged or you have received an incorrect order, then HoB will be refunded the cost back to you. Please contact us before you post your item to arrange this.

I strongly suggest using recorded delivery, as it make the process of tracking orders and their delivery much easier and safer. Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk. 

All prices for shipping are based on mainland UK postage. For NI, and UK islands and highlands please contact us for international shipping prices. Before dispatch all products will be checked and packaged appropriately.
